It will be sent to the CONTACT BILLING E-MAIL ADDRESS in our
billing database.

If the CONTACT BILLING E-MAIL ADDRESS is
outdated or incorrect, etc...
Here is what we can do:
1. We can reset the CONTACT BILLING E-MAIL ADDRESS to an @yourdomain.com
email address.
2. We can reset the CONTACT BILLING E-MAIL ADDRESS to the email
address listed on the LAST PAYMENT that was made on the account.

If neither of these will work, you need to
try one of the following:
1. You can FAX us verification proof of your ownership of the
domain or web hosting account to 909-433-9847 ACCEPTABLE forms
of verification proof are:
A. Articles Of Incorporation.
B. Business License.
C. Proof of Trademark.
D. Copy of UTILITY bill MATCHING the web hosting account or
domain registration ADDRESS.
INCLUDED ON THIS FAX MUST BE THE FOLLOWING (FAXES MISSING
INFORMATION WILL SIMPLY BE DISCARDED WITHOUT RESPONSE):
1. DOMAIN NAME in question:
2. VALID E-Mail Address where we can send your LOGIN info to:
3. PHONE Number where we can reach you if we have a question:
4. FULL description of the form of verification proof you have
provided:
5. Your Signature and Date.
IF NONE of the above will work, you need to
pay a $100 OWNER INVESTIGATION FEE.
